1. General Rule
All sales of digital books (e-books, PDFs, etc.) sold through www.monvèlle.com are final. Due to the instantly accessible and copyable nature of digital products, no refunds, exchanges or credits are offered for digital books purchased and/or downloaded.
2. Pre-Purchase Responsibility
Please carefully review the description, content (preview if available) and format of the book you have selected before completing the purchase.
Make sure that the digital book is compatible with your device (computer, e-reader, tablet, phone, etc.) and/or the reading application/software you intend to use. Returns will not be accepted due to incompatibility.
By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this return policy.
3. Return Exceptions (Not Applicable)
Changing your mind, not liking the book, buying the wrong book, or no longer wanting the book are not grounds for a return. All sales are final.
4. Technical Problems and Access
If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchased digital book (e.g. corrupted file, download link not working), please contact us as soon as possible via info@monvèlle.com or www.monvèlle.com/contact.
Once we have verified the issue, we will support you to provide you with a working copy or resolve the access issue as a matter of priority.
Troubleshooting technical issues does not imply a refund. Our goal is to ensure that you successfully access your purchase.
5. Accidental Multiple Purchases
If you believe that you have mistakenly purchased the same digital book more than once, please contact us immediately with documentation (e.g. order numbers, transaction history) proving the situation. We will investigate the situation and try to assist you. (This does not guarantee an automatic refund, it is considered on a case-by-case basis.)
6. Policy Changes
www.monvèlle.com reserves the right to change this return policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective as soon as they are posted on our website.
